HAPPY NEW YEAR! The first week back after the holidays can be tough! It seems like everyone is talking (and posting) about resolutions, new workouts, meal prep, diets- the list goes on and on.  Although in reality, we are all just trying to get out of the holiday funk. Anxiety about getting back into the "routine" compounded by not feeling 100% like yourself (hello holiday weight gain) truly kicks the year off with some heavy imposter syndrome. 

Now, you have probably heard this before but rest will always be an important piece of staying healthy.
