Slow Cooker Pork with Spiced Apples

Not only will your house smell like a holiday feast, this recipe is a great dump and go. Which means, it is a perfect time to uncork!
Ingredients:
1 2 lb. pork loin
4 large or 6 small apples, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon brown sugar (or coconut palm sugar)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
